He is widely regarded as an expert in FEC compliance knowledge and the intricacies of state-level disclosure requirements. A virtual encyclopedia of compliance solutions, his advice is frequently sought by NGP’s clients and others in the political fundraising industry.

Louis has also led NGP’s highly acclaimed customer support division since 1999, serving as Director of Technical Services. He is a government and economics graduate of Claremont McKenna College and has over fifteen years of experience in database programming and IT support, including work as a district support supervisor for H&R Block and IT technician for Centari Systems in Melbourne, Australia. A native New York Mets fan, Louis currently resides in Alexandria, Va., with his lovely and talented wife.
