(Washington, D.C.) – PoliticsTV.com taped its world premiere episode of PTV News in front of a live audience last evening. NGP, an event sponsor, was on hand to help kick off the site’s new show.

“As a political technology company, NGP supports PoliticsTV.com’s efforts to bring progressive ideas to Internet TV,” commented NGP President Nathaniel Pearlman.

The PTV News show will add to other video shows and channels that PoliticsTV.com plans to roll out in the coming months, including the Candidate Channel, the Blog Channel, and the Issues & Ideas Channel.

According to its Web site, “PoliticsTV.com is an Internet TV network for progressives, independents, Democrats – or any American opposed to the Republicans’ radical right agenda.”
