At the 2008 Politics Online Conference, NGP took home the Golden Dot Award for Best Internet Advocacy Campaign Web Site, making it the second year in a row that NGP has won the award. The Golden Dot was awarded for NGP's work with Team Darfur, whose mission is to raise awareness about the crisis in Darfur through the unique voice of elite athletes.
